What are they doing on the roof? Thought they might be escaping the fire but the guy trashed the satellite dish for no reason.

There appears to be genuinely some people escaping, but those youths all climbed up from an alleyway.

I am not condoning what they are doing in any way, shape or form, but I am attempting to give people a tiny bit of perspective of why this has kicked/continued on.

Come on Joshy, you're not a dumb guy. You know that's not the case. This is nothing to do with their pride or similar. It's all just an excuse. This does nothing for them other than give them something fun to do, with freebies to have!

You don't need to change the laws police have plenty of authority right up to being allowed to shoot who they deem to be ring leaders.
