Social issues is one thing, but what has it to do with "Skin colour and genes deposing people towards this behaviour?"

It said it was a either or situation.

So many people in this thread think that it is effectively skin colour that is causing this issue and have spend most of the thread trying to ridicule me for trying that it is the social factors that have had far more of an effect.

You average, 'content' people don't take to the streets to riot. Sadly it seems that there isn't too many of those people are in the black communities for a number of reasons
