Young lads with no qualifications, never had a job with little or no prospects of getting one. I can't say who's to blame but that's certainly part of the problem.
Because those socio-economic groups contain a greater proportion of stupid, lazy people prone to jealousy and with an over-inflated sense of entitlement?

From seeing the news I'm gathering this is the mainly the black community rioting and looting. Is this correct?
you make me laugh, with your "oh think of the poor people with their issues"
GTFO.
Refusal to acknowledge contributing pressure points isn't going to help. Authoritarianism isn't the long term answer, social problems lead to unrest.
I'm not offering apologies for people at all, there has to be a reason for this behavour however. This is what the right do not want to discuss, both the conservative right and the extreme right which would appear to be singing in unison here tonight.
I know your outlook is the individual, but sometimes you need to look at how they act together.
And at present the best thing offered so far is 'They are Black', or 'It's London'.
Not good enough I'm afraid.
The solution to jealous, violent scum is not to pander to them by stealing from the productive through the force of state and giving them the proceeds in the name of 'equality'.
There have been plenty of whites at it as well.

Is it really somebody elses fault when they emerge with none?

Does anyone know if the Army has ever been used in England, in recent history to quell civil unrest?
Well then let's hope you get the chance to feel the way they do, one of the days.
