Interesting I remembered one of my friends who was an IT guy told me back in 2009 he was doing some work at a police station and he mat a ex-sas guy at leicster police who had been hired in for a consultation on how to handle widespread social unrest they were predicting for 2010.

Maybe if the people commiting crime over past few days actually bothered to work hard in life and do well and then go onto pay taxes we would not have to make cuts.
