I just spoke to a friend from Liverpool, he's seen at least 3 rows of cars (15-20) set alight and a rather large mob of people heading through Toxteth.

Somebody posted a picture a few minutes ago of people running on the Streets around Cabot's Circus in Bristol, that is about 3 minutes walk from St. Paul's Bristol.

If there was ever going to be a riot in a provincial city then that is where you would find one, and it's not a long walk to the posh new shops at Cabot Circust to help yourself.
