How are they getting away with this, I start one fire in GTA and I get busted.
Probably tucked up in bed under police guard whilst the rest of us worry.
1. Police send out mass BBM for feral youths to meet in a long street with only two ends and no escape
2. Army & Police pen them in and join in a mass 'cleansing' on behalf of the majority of the country.
3. Use surplus bodies as biofuel thus avoiding crippling EU carbon emission fines.
