Fight one mob, with another, everyone wear a yellow or red t-shirt or something, all leave your houses and absolutely beat the living hell out of all the rioters.

Police are too scared of prosecution, and lack of numbers, to do anything. Meh, actually if I was Cameron I'd deploy the army troops, with baseball bats and body armour, but with "normal" clothes ontop, and cover their faces, and let them go to town on the rioters, then when Cameron is asked about he can go, "what army?"
