some guy on the news says,no army will be deployed because they are all abroad,so basicly we are ******,i can now see the premier league matches will be posponed at the weekend,could they have not done this maybe on a international break

Given that your answer to sending in the army to help with riot control is with a combination of eugenics and somewhat questionable immigration criteria, I'm not sure how that post addresses the fact that your idea is ridiculous in relation to the current situation. The damage will be done and our grandchildren will have died of old age by the time your plan starts to take effect.
