The police need to be given the right to use any force they deem necessary, they are the ones out on the street and will know how best to deal with the scum.

Yes, teachers should teach (and teach they do, the idea they just sit you down with a book is absurd) but it is also up to the pupils to want to learn. I remember getting my parents to buy me educational books because I wanted knowledge and wanting to learn. I went to school and challenged my teachers and had debates on topics. This all added to my learning.
Education isn't a passive thing, you can't learn much by just absorbing which seems to be what you want. People need to appreciate the value of education and be wanting to pursue it independently.

It needs to be said that after three days of rioting by thousands of people, one guy has died, and that might have been the police that shot him. The last time some right wing idiot had a hissyfit about foreigners he murdered 80 people in an afternoon.

And what property has been destroyed so far? Maybe a hundred millions worth max? They would have to riot for an entire decade until they do as much damage as the City bankers did.
 
Although another long night ahead it has to stop sooner later, and it will be much harder line police tactics that will make it happen.

I can't see many of the "protesters" putting their lives on the line for their cause!
 
kinda liking the riots tbh , hope they spread abit more , hope there is a fallout and the police lose control, would make the world a lot more interesting, just my view
