lol. And who are these homeguard? And where are you getting your information from? I'm pretty sure that the armed forces weren't deployed during the g20 riots in Pittsburgh, 2005 Toledo Riots or the Cincinnati Riots in 2001 (the largest since the infamous LA Riots).
I absolutely agree with this. Bring back corporal punishment now.
Theresa May still talking about cutting police budgets and front line officers.
I don't suppose you saw Channel 4 news just now? Showed a calm, stationary wall of humanity armed with kirpans and other weapons legging it through Birmingham last night fighting with a well armed gang. The media seem to have kept this very quiet until now but apparently a black youth was dragged from his vehicle and badly beaten outside a Gurdwara for shouting abuse at the worshipers. Keep burying your head in the sand though and blaming the EDL for everything.

Sorry they are now called the national guard
The United States Home Guard was a Branch of the United States Armed Forces. It served as an option for those who wish to join the military but are unwilling or unable (due to political commitments) to deploy abroad. After being formed out of the old National Guard, the Home Guard was eventually renamed again to the United States National Guard.
Led by General qkoller and later General Jankems, the Home Guard was the last line in the defense of the American homeland. As the military's stay-at-home force, the HG did not deploy on foreign missions, although they did allow their soldiers leave to deploy in allied conflicts. Instead, the Home Guard kept themselves at a high state of readiness in preparation for any threat to American soil. The HG was the perfect place for congressmen or other citizens who could not deploy to foreign nations, but still wanted to proudly support their country through military service. In February 2010 during a Joint Chiefs of Staff structure reorganization, the National Guard was reinstated in place of the defunct Home Guard as a mobile military force with a dedicated domestic battalion for land-locked personnel while the rest of the branch is able to deploy overseas and participate in mobile strike operation

La. governor warns troops will “shoot and kill”
Louisiana Gov. Kathleen Blanco warned rioters and looters in New Orleans on Thursday that National Guard troops are under her orders to “shoot and kill” to end the rampant violence in the city in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina. Announcing the arrival of 300 Arkansas National Guard troops in New Orleans fresh from service in Iraq, Blanco said, “these troops are battle-tested. They have M-16s and are locked and loaded.” “These troops know how to shoot and kill and I expect they will,” she said.
it amazes me that i dont see the police use any tear gas, flash bombs, bricks, excessive force, water cannons etc to deal with this....
Me too, I suggest we send in several hundred oiled up naked rugby players backed by a live set by Tiesto.
I doubt most of the rioters are that concerned about tuition fees.At the end of the day, young people my age are ****** off at the moment.
Many reasons such as:
- Increase in tuition fees
- EMA cut
- youth projects cut
I doubt most of the rioters are that concerned about tuition fees.
any clue what the sentences being given are like?
