Logitech been ripped off - to grass or not?

**** off, logitech have great support and as a logitech customer I wouldn't want them to change that because of a few scamming *********.
No u.

If he has got away with it for this long surely bringing it to Logitech attention is going to make them review the situation rather than just getting on with your life and feel good about getting something for cheap and letting Logitech be blisfully unaware.
Doesn't sound like it does he ;)
How does one 'sound' 29?

LOL shouldnt you be looting?

That was my first thought too. The second would requires many * symbols. No wonder society is what it is when you try and do a good deed and get shot down for it.

I'm 29, and find that attitude shameful if it's genuine.

get shot down for it? by what 2 in the hundreds of people who've replied, I wouldn't worry about society on the basis of that. Scum are scum, but fortunately most people aren't.

I didnt say you havent - just wondering why youve logged on here after 3days away - new Apple laptop? ;)

lol, probably gonna get banned for all the trolling but nevermind.

The rioting in my town amounted to a little bit of damage to a hairdressers window. (thats not to say i was there, i just read it in paper)

I feel sorry for the guy that got caught out he may go to prison if hes done it for a long long time assuming Logitech are going to prosecute.

What do you propose happens to "him"?

I'd hope so too, they won't but if logitech wanted to get all the items sold recovered then they could, think about all the people that would leave out of pocket. It's essentially no better than selling on stolen goods, he'll have been fully aware of the risk he was taking, but from the sounds of it was making a tidy profit so probably thought it was worthwhile.

Personally i would have sent a message to him saying that i know what his scam is and that i would report him to ebay/logitech/authorities if he carried on doing it.

Dont get me wrong im not some chav scrote who thinks stealing is funny i would have just given him a chance to stop, going straight to logitech (with the hope of getting freebies) would be a last resort, i wouldnt want to ruin his life if they do decide to go after him and he could get prison time.

Agreed, its so easy to accidently commit fraud consistently over a period of time and not realise - hard not to conclude that you arent a chav scrote TBH, or at least someone who has poor view on morality/justice...

You're certainly coming across that way.

If you ran a business and some one was ripping you off I'm sure you'd want to hear about it asap, not have some one give the offender a chance to change their ways.
