hi there,
I've got 2 intel 80GB x25-m that i've been using for just over a year now. They still work as they should and have had no problems. However i've been looking into ssd's again lately and it appears the speeds have increased quite significantly since this drive.
Now i've been considering selling off the drives and upgrading to something more recent like crucial M4, but i'd like to know, is their REALLY that much difference in real world usage, will I notice it? and is it worth me upgrading right now.
The thing is i'm ok with how the drives perform but the problem is they are both full to the brim now, and it's getting really frustrating having to keep moving, installing, uninstalling, my games, apps, etc. For example steam and 3 separate games takes up a whole 80gb drive.
so do you think I should bother upgrading to something bigger? or would i be better off just buying an extra HDD and moving some stuff there to to lighten the load on SSD's.
please help
