villain rom seems quite popular, im using cm7 which is still in the beta stage, however very stable just missing some features, once the final version comes it will be the daddy like on other phones

I have all the tracking apps etc... but sadly the phone was off when I called it this morning... so my only option is hoping it is handed in to the police, or the local lost property department.

he's on smart400 from Sure. I've had a look and there is no stated allowance per month. He may actually be correct in saying he can hit is fair usage limit every day of the week.
