That is another thing I really dislike about the apple company, sue for everything, try to block sales of other mobiles/tablets and have succeeded for a couple of things now as well.
It isn't unique to Apple, companies are always suing eachother.
Are they just so scared because of the amount of samsung galaxy mobiles being sold, the amount of android handsets being sold in the world whilst there sales decrease each day?
2007 - 1,389,000 iPhones sold
2008 - 11,625,000 iPhones sold
2009 - 20,731,000 iPhones sold
2010 - 39,989,000 iPhones sold
Q1-Q3 2011 - 55,230,000 iPhones sold
Assuming that rate keeps up they would sell 73.6 million units this year, that's an 84% increase in sales over last year.
Can't keep up any more with the competition that is getting much better every time a new release comes out?
Or are they just that sad and pathetic, that they don't want any competition at all?
Clearly they can keep up, they just have a longer product cycle.
