Best hard disc for around 60 quid?

Hey

My Maxtor 250GB SATA150 HDD (Model: 6L250S0) went pop the other day and I've lost everything (grrr). Just wondering what the best replacement would be for around 60 quid or so?

My motherboard is a Gigabyte GA-MA790X-UD3P AMD 790X (Socket AM3/AM2+) PCI-Express DDR2 with a AMD Phenom II X4 Quad Core 965 Black Edition 3.40GHz (Socket AM3) processor. Thanks!!

How big?

£40 gets you a Samsung SpinPoint F3 1TB. It's on special offer until tomorrow morning.

£55 gets you a Samsung SpinPoint F4 EcoGreen 2TB. Again on offer until tomorrow morning.

There are a few 500GB drives a little over the £30 mark if that's all you need.

Didnt realise they were so cheap these days! Haha. That 1TB will suit me fine I think! Nice one. Cheers

Mate look £15 for a TB is amazing, just go for the 2TB. Common sense

I know, but to be honest I rarely came close to filling my 250gig drive!! I don't like clutter

Tend to delete things I don't use or need pretty quickly!
