I've been away for a few hours. What's the news with the Amazon orders at midnight and the PCW orders earlier in the day. Are they still going out?

No, it takes you to a page where the filter only goes down to £139 ;)

You're not telling me you work for a major multinaitional IT company and you don't know how to get round that? :p
 
Just spoke to HP EPP and they said keep a close eye on the emails as an announcement will be made shortly. His advice, keep an eye on the EPP site.

When I called them they said that they hardly had any physical stock this morning = a lot of confirmed units on back-order. Rotty called them up and got told they were going to order more in.

I was told if you got a "We are now preparing your PC World order for delivery" email then your order would be fulfilled. But no idea where they're going to order more in from...

Newb, that's not the filter, the product category is. The slider for prices can be used at anytime but won't affect the initial results displayed from the product category filter :p

Ah well. Guess we will be waiting a while then. I accidentally mispelled my email address when I ordered one this morning so I didn't get any emails at all.

I rang them straight after to make sure the order had gone through and she said they had. I also asked if I was guaranteed one and she said the stock showed over 100 even though the site showed as out of stock!
 
Just got off the phone from Nabs, my order was too late apparently; they are not cancelling yet though, as they are trying to source more stock.
 
if someone manages to get some from the epp, would they be willing to get like say 10 and put them in the MM, i think this would be great as a community spirit thing especially to those who have access and have contributed. would be great to know that the ocuk community would have access to some rare touchpads albeit a first come first served basis but still a better chance than what were seeing. obviously no profits going to be made as its good will, but me personally? id definitely shell a few extra out for their trouble..

edit: didnt see the 1 per employee, but same applies if someone dosent want it or has a spare im willing to shed some paper :)
