Ive got a parcel coming for me from Staples today with the same order number as for the touchpad i ordered.

My only worry is that on the items listed on the dispatch email it only says "welcome pack"

I suspect people with orders still live at Amazon/CPW/Currys etc are still in with a chance. It wouldn't surprise me to see the stores receiving a bunch of Touchpads back into stock under DSR from people that ordered multiple devices from stores at the very least

said the same when we ordered a chair from them
 
well, just spoken to HP directly and the bloke said that my order was a glitch that I shouldn't have been able to order those and that is the reason they were cancelled (my email address!!!). Anyway, he also said they haven't got any more stock for EPP or normal customers. So I also guess I was wrong.
 
going to collect my touchpad from argos in a couple of hours, when I phoned they were just talking about it. Its the last in the shop :)
can't wait XD

I didn't reserve and collect. My ordering crashed for a 16gb on the last page yesterday morning. I called back yesterday afternoon as someone told me they are getting more 32gbs in. The person I spoke to put in an order for a 32gb, then everyone around me on my floor followed suit. Most of us were successful, then about 15 mins after I ordered, they didnt take anymore.

I got an email this morning saying that my order was processed. i phoned them up to check, and I was told my order has went to printing for despatch, and I am on the backorder list for a large shipment that is apparently coming in imminently (to cover backorders)

I was told that most people went for the 16gb and they couldnt fulfil them, and the 32gb wasnt oversubscribed when they had sorted the orders after they pulled the SKUs from the website.
 
I guess this is highly unlikely, but if anyone has an extra they are willing to shift on without profiteering, for the price they paid plus delivery drop me a trust :)

Yep, sorry, couldn't PM you my reservation number. It is one reservation for both so I think you can just pick one up and forget about the other one. I couldn't extend it so it expires today. PM your email address and I will shoot you over the reservation number.
