Look, this isn't really up for arguement is it, thats the reason disabled people can park on double yellow lines. It's to aid access to where they are going.
You and me can walk from the carpark. They can't. So they can park on double yellows, but they still must ensure they dont create an obstruction or they can be ticketed and they must not park in areas where there is no loading. So they can only park in the same places a truck could park, for example.
Then drive to another shop that sells what you want where you can park nearby without being on double yellows. Double yellows are there for a reason, that reason should apply to everyone or no-one.
