Having your arms up so high brings my shoulders forwards, but then again I've got terrible posture which I desperately want to fix. My shoulders always sag forwards, gives the impression I have moobs when I don't ;( But also, the higher you bring your arms, the less strain there'll be on your wrists that are keeping the bar in place.

Have a new PB for my bench whcih im dead happy about :)...Not a touch on you guys but early days yet.

Dead chuffed actually...Need to weigh myself again, don't have scales though :(

Really glad about my deadlift, didn't think i'd be that close to 100kg so quickly

240 dead lift with belt....

Been stuck on 235 for i think 18 months? think injury is finally sorted!

Wasn't too bad, think may have got a 250 if didn't rep so much lower down the weight range.... 260 and im super happy - 6 plates please! BW still 86-88
 
New PB for bench press. Need to focus on my squats!

50kg / 67.5kg / 90kg ----- [83kg BW~] ----- 207.5KG

Bit of a jump...Glad with my squat, I just wish we had a squat cage, I would push more then, need to get a proper lower catch on the rack we have as it's terrible at the moment. Deadlift was amazing last Friday, surprised I got to 90kg.

Hopefully be able to do a nice improvment on my bench tomorrow :)
 
I thought i would have my two pence worth - first time posting here. Did them yesterday while performing a full body workout.

110kg 90kg 120kg [BW 64.7] ---- 320kg
