Huge Spider Found in My House

Bound to be many more of these threads heading towards Autumn now when all the males will be running about trying to find a mate.
 
Find these daily in my house. The dogs like to play with them before dismembering them.
 
I was driving home from work last night when a spider started spinning a web from the roof lining of the car and hanging right in front of my face, i'm not scared of british spiders by any means, but it certainly got my attention with me having my hands on the steering wheel at 80mph! I tried squashing itagainst the windscreen but i failed, and it disappeared on the dashboard anddown the driver door, a couple of minutes later i felt something on my left hand, no idea whether it was Mr. Spider or not, i never gave myself chance to check andflicked my hand.

I think i did the right thing though and never told my missus as she had the car this morning and she hates spiders :p
 
We should just have a spider thread... also the 'it's huge' doesn't really work when there is nothing for perception... maybe get some Hovis next time...
