got a hdd off MM

Been Having Problems in windows and clicks.

got a bad sector on it too is it doomed ????

Looks like they sold you a duffer
I'm pretty sure there's no coming back from the click of death.
I guess you could always RMA if its still within warranty.

Yes and it doesn't recognise the serial number .

OK got some more info turns out there's no warranty on the drive as the drive is not from this country
