It's much, much easier to heat yourself up than it is to cool yourself down. I've found a damp teatowel across your back works wonders for if you need to sit at your desk and work in a hot room, though.

Each time we go out to lunch from the office, I swear to myself to buy some sunglasses when I get blinded by stepping outside. Then when I finally get to a shop, I convince myself to save a tenner with the foreknowledge that winter is on the way.

I have noticed a lot of the trees are shedding their already browned leaves outside though.

Yes it is, it doesn't help that I have just come back from a Caribbean holiday.

So excited to be on the 3 month countdown to Christmas.
