Simples!
It's my brother, there are some more -On it's own it's weak but i can see it as a part of a set. Is this a friend of yours you are photographing or just a random? If this is a friend maybe get some supporting images and make a story out of it. Please make a set and put some captions with it.
I'm uncertain as to if I like myself being in the reflection, not that it's myself in there but that I can't decide if it completes the photos by adding something or otherwise.
I know what you mean, I'm thinking a longer lens would help/make it much easier to photoshop out.

Hey a nice set of images there! Pretty bride too
Shop out the reflection you mean? I think it would remain the same due to the reflection being at the same focal plane as the sunglass itself (the focus point) so regardless of focal length the reflection would always be in focus as the sunglass is in focus!
Unless I'm being crazy![]()
Oh the size of you/me i the glass, I get you know, I thought you were saying there would be bokeh applied to the reflection
In both our examples I think in the end the reflection adds something to the picture, without it it would look too surreal in a way, maybe feel like something was missing?
