I know of someone who only watches iPlayer programs after they have been broadcast and TV Licensing are happy she doesn't have a TV license. She has no TV only a PC and does get regular letters from TV licensing
I have to admit I thought if you had the capability to watch live BBC you had to have a TV license but obviously not as you can watch live BBC on the iPlayer.
