Moon landing pictures question

I've decided that there's a second moon directly behind the one we see. It's this moon that prevented the flybys and landings the supposed Apollo missions made and this is irrefutable proof that they are hoaxes.

They were shopped. Can't you tell from the pixels?

I should know, I have seen a few photoshops in my time. ;)

I suppose this is proof though that even when presented with complete evidence, conspiracy theorists will still not accept the truth, being far happier cosied up under their tinfoil hats.

Pretty sad really.

one thing i don't get it goren says you need constant thrust.

so that means that the theory that the reflectors for measuring the distance were done by robots (rather than people) doesn't work either as we've never launched such a large rocket in history

so why are lasers aimed at those reflectors reflected back along their original path?

It's not exactly proof, it's another bucket of water in the vast sea of evidence pointing to the conclusion that human beings have walked on the moon.

There's no way of convincing them. Even if you took them there, they'd still think they were being had. Letting paranoid people with an unwarranted sense of self-importance is the seed of it, I think.

It's quite a lot like religion in that respect (another can of worms? ;) )

Oh come on, it's shooting fish in a barrel, it's so full of holes it's incredible anyone can do anything but laugh :P

I am not paranoid. I understand people like the idea that man has been to the moon. Makes them feel good. Can't convince someone who is emotional like that.

Nah, I'm not emotional about it, I'm just well-read on the subject. And given the evidence, I conclude quite strongly on the side of people having been to the moon. Also, it's not you I'm calling paranoid, it's the people who spend hours plotting these things in their heads then put up their half-formed ideas on the internet for people to read. You've just fallen for someone else's paranoia.

It's a typical trait of a conspiracy theorist. They want to believe they understand the world around them whilst everyone else is steeped in ignorance.

Provide concrete evidence from a credible source and the answer will unfailingly be that the media is in on it or that the person writing the article has been paid off etc. It's an argument you can't win.

Cashing in on an old thread :D

well if you needed constant thrust in space the earth should have fallen into the sun by now.

why hasn't it?

Actually, most people dont care whether men have walked on the moon or not, there is no emotional attachment. The laughable thing though is that there is a huge amount of information that you have chosen to ignore to believe that we didnt, you have contradicted yourself on many occasions in this very thread, showed a basic lack of understanding of space, zero mavity, propulsion and energy that is all taught in primary and secondary school.

The funny thing is, you are what you claim others are, you like the idea that man hasnt been to the moon, it makes you feel good to think you are in the know on something even if you are ridiculously wrong, you cant convince someone with an attachment like that. ;)
