What do you all think about this then? Will it create more crime? Discuss.

If these fines remain unpaid for a further 42 days, a prosecution and a fine of up to £1,000 can follow
Personally I don't think it would be a good move. It says a bit about:
So more people are going to be prosecuted or fined, and simply how can people afford these fines when the benefits are been cut. It's a circle of problems.
The same way people can afford to pay other court ordered fines. £1 a week if they so desire.
Hilarious really, kids who don't want to go to school can't be forced. Kids who don't like their parents or whatever will keep bunking off and love every minute of it until they are put in to care.
Its probably going to get people's kids taken off them and more kids will go in to care and criminalised.

So what about the peple who dont claim benefits? This is a crap idea tbh just the idiot torries crapping on the poorer people again.
That's just stupid, they seriously need to stop blaming the parents if their kids don't go to school. I remember "skiving" all the time and that was because of being bullied and social anxiety.
The government overlook things, they actually probably don't care.

And how do they stop there child/children from walking out of school at break times?yes they can, the parents take them to school like you would a primary school child.
they're on benefits it's not like they've got anything else to do.
