I'm sure a lot of "English" people who are currently out of work would happily work as a taxi driver, take away employee or cleaner given the chance.
You should ask your company why they're giving your (free) number out as a security guard while other numbers are chargeable

If you're living in a country where the vast vast majority of males are white, then most rapes would be by "white males".
I get where the trail of thought comes from, but it's wrong in my opinion, and almost undermines what has happened if you then focus on something as meaningless as the colour of some one's skin.
Of course, if it was a trait of white males to go raping Asian women, it would be justified in thinking it, but it's not a trait and there are so many white males in England (for example) that as I said above, most rapes are likely to be by white males.
It's just as arbitrary as her choosing to be scared of white males of the same age as them as well. I know some one who was "beaten up" on a bus by a few black lads, the kid's dad was also a raging racist, and this kid claimed to be scared of black people as a result of it. They changed their mind when they actually thought about it logically and started realising how much of a dirty racist their dad was.
The vast majority of taxi drivers I've met (while getting a taxi of course) have been "White" males, very very few of them have been Asian or even "foreign".
Taxi drivers can end up earning quite a large amount of money.

To understand is not to condone. I may understand why she might hold that point of view, but that doesn't make it okay, or stop it from being wrong and ignorant. It's not really a stain against her for holding those views, as I've said that it is understood why she might have those views, but those views are wrong.
Only just got in and have to say there's been some interesting replies. As for the guy who said the rape example wasn't the same because the guy from the takeaway hadn't been raped by the staff... well... if only eh! haha

Going back to the OP's first post regarding the incident in question, the gene pool failings of some folk in this country never surprise me now.
These individuals are beyond help though, we can only hope that karma and/or natural selection take their respective courses sooner rather than later.

I can't believe people think that racism isn't stupid? Of course, racism IS stupid! Racism is using the colour of someone's skin to justify degrading or abusing them in some way. That is some of the worst kind of stupidness.

Reminds me of the scene from Only Fools and Horses, where Del Boy sees in the hospital a guy mouthing off at staff, says "Excuse me sir" and floors him. "Feeling better are we?" The guy then intellectually says "Yes, thankyou doctor" and is 'cured'.

I suppose some words, although not derogatory by themselves, have been abused in such a way that have been linked to generally racist connotations. Therefore, using said words, even if the context is non-racist, it is very likely to be perceived as such. In theory the word may not be offensive, if you don't mean it in an offensive way, but the lines between slur and non-slur have been blurred so much that it has been established as a slur nowadays.
P.S Oh, and about the guy spending £6 to get there just to spout abuse, he obviously lied about it.
?? I watched him get out of the taxi before bursting in, and then back into it after he left. Unless he's getting free rides then the fare from the area he cited is indeed around £5 to £6 to the takeaway I was at.
The issue with the actual intelligent ones (as opposed to those who can fake it on the Internet) is that they aren't generally racist, they are simply intelligent enough to understand that many people are racist and they feed off that irrational fear either to further some cause of their own or simply because they find it amusing.
That was awful, my nephew has a degree in martial arts, he is 6' 3" which is average for the men in my family, works as a bouncer whilst studying at uni, He had to take on two guys to protect a girl, he still got injured (broken arm) but they weren't standing after and he managed to take the girl home uninjured.
