As we all know that EA/DICE are waiting for approval from microsoft and sony for consoles beta before they release beta on all three platforms.

However the worrying thing is that in all articles it has also been stated that approval could takes 'weeks'!! :mad:

If that were to happen (hope not), then consoles players are to be ignored and PC beta released!!

Lol even 'Soon' is becoming a butt of a joke word in that thread :p

I have disappointing news for all...Due to the unfortunate delay of SOON. My body is no longer ready. For fear of my personal safety, I am withdrawing from the SOON to be here beta.

Edit: Why not just release beta this weekend if EA wanted to release beta today going by his post? I am sure someone at microsoft can spend tomorrow extra time to give the go ahead :rolleyes:

Just preordered BF3 in the origin client and I didn't get the physical warfare pack, and I didn't even get a confirmation email or anything, this is pretty crap to be honest.

I noticed when adding it to my basket that the physical warfare pack wasn't listed as i have seen it listed on the screenshots people have posted on here. That put me off oredering it on their and i will now be buying it from gamestation as it is £10 cheaper and you get the same stuff, minus the early access beta but i can wait 2 days as i have waited long enough already :/

It seems like from yesterday's thread that Xbox 360 beta is also ready:confused:

First point, the game displays the top right the small letter "beta". The beta is ready for XBOX. The LAN mode is not available on Battlefield 3, so we play online, against 12 Americans attending the same event that we, but at the other end of the world.
Again, no complaints about the graphic quality, the XBOX is comparable to the PS3 for my taste. Communication is much more on the PC platform and a bit on the PS3, but much less on the XBOX 360. From what I saw today, XBoîte is not far behind. And contrary to what some fear, console, does end up to 24 players will be felt in no rush mode and is not a problem. It remains to be seen on the Conquest mode. "
