Wearing videogame t-shirts in public

Im 25 making me an adult, so i do what i want and have no need to care about what other people think. I dont own any gaming shirts but i got a superman shirt that i wear to work quite a lot.

It's always funny / geeky when you're out and your t-shirt gets the nod of approval from other geeks in hiding.

I once wore my Triforce t-shirt to one of my tax course lectures. One of the admin guys at the financial training place recognised it and complemented me on it. Other than that, no one has ever said anything. Everyone gets the Pac-Man one, and Mario is well enough known to get recognised and is usually appreciated.

In terms of similarly geeky t-shirts, a lot of people recognise my Cyberdyne Systems t-shirt, but no one ever gets Weyland Yutani.

I would happily wear this one

both off pure pwnage back in 2006-7. Still have them but wear them in the house because they are a bit worn out

i wouldn't go out of my way to buy one but if i acquired one somehow, i'd have no problems wearing it. back in my youth, i used to wear a denim jacket with band patches sewn all over it - and i did the sewing. :D

You wore those ironically, right? Actually, what am I asking - why would you wear those at all? Because 'BOOM HEADSHOT' was edgy or something?

No, because I liked them?

Any more questions or are you done being an ass today?

If you have a girlfriend and want to wear a gaming T-Shirt go for it.
If you don't have a girlfriend and want women to be interested in you, don't wear a gaming T-Shirt.

I've still got that one for wearing around the house! Used to wear it out and was surprised at the amount of other CSers that would come out of the woodwork, got a fair few Steam IDs off people! :)

I know its not a game, but I wear my Star Wars one quite a lot and it gets me loads of attention for some reason. Had a few chicks mention it, pity one was fat and the other works in the garage (and I'm not really sure if she's married ).

I want more!

This.

Star Wars tshirts rock, I've had a few people mention it. Perhaps it's because I don't look/act like a stereotypical nerd.
