He's very crap, he's not a striker, beyond woeful attempt, easy save.
He does nothing well, he runs a lot, his passing is very very meh, defensively awful, can't tackle, rubbish shot, not creative, useless.

What a clearance 
So so so wrong. That is what I thought of him after his first 6/7 weeks at Chelsea.
He's a machine, doesn't stop, breaks up the game and plays simple passes around the midfield. You need one of these in every team and he does a far better job than Mikel.
He's getting closer every game. Just wait for the door to open.
