your paying for the 20% off, plus you get free content, and a special badge which is obviously worth the £17 alone...
What free content do you get?
i couldnt tell you exactly, it just says you get Premium web content for Free, beginning with fifa Creation centre.
how can you say that
, its all down to how many packs you buy...you may buy 10 packs, others may buy 1000, you'd have to be a mug to buy it just for the early access.if im going to be saving £40....plus early access, plus free premium content, for £17, and im a mug...then so be it
, ground breaking or not, im still saving money.

As others have said, that's not what I would have been paying for!
I had got 2100 MS points for £11.99 so it's not too bad plus i do buy quite a few packs in UT. 
I'm out at the moment but my download should be done!
