Battlefield 3 thread - Server details in opening post -

I can not seem to set controls to my mouse buttons either. Really frustrating having to press x and z.

I am using a Razer Deathadder 3.5G.

My rig is playing butterly smooth @ 1920x1080, All high, Textures Ultra, MSAA off, Motion Blur Off and HBAO off :)

50-70fps on ground and in the train tunnel 70-110fps seem about right?

I would have said it's the exact opposite of that.

The movement speed is slower, transitions from once stance to another takes longer, weapon switching is slower and you can't just throw a nade you have to switch to it first.

Anytime I've play BFBC2 in Rush mode with 32 players the games have been very very frantic, yet playing Metro in the same mode with the same amount of players doesn't feel like that at all.

Once you get past the first stage of Metro the map is much better and moving up through the tunnels with your team using cover and suppressing fire really makes it feel like a team game.

I will definitely be buying BF3 and unistalling BFBC2.
 
I've enjoyed it when I've managed to actually get on a server. This server browser really is awful. I just joined a game, there was 1 player short so game hadn't started, disconnected me. So clicked to rejoin, but it wouldn't let me as it was full. Really ? Lies!

I just tried to start it. Double clicked and nothing happened. Right clicked on the icon and clicked "Check for Updates", now it seems to be downloading the whole thing again :rolleyes:

I'm using a Logitech MX518 and have bound my mouse buttons to keystrokes and then used those redefined the actions I want on my mouse to the corresponding keys in the keyboard settings in game and not the mouse.

Not sure if you can do the same with a Razer mouse.
 
Yeah I bind keystrokes to the mouse too, makes it easier in a variety of games. I agree with the frustrating positioning of prone and toggle crouch, died many times because i kept hitting the wrong key >< Just too lazy to change it :P

Do the same with my MX518 makes life so easy :)

Not sure if I will swap the forward button to fire selector as I use that a lot in this game and then prone to V.
 
this is gay......just got back from work and the caspian password has changed so all the jobless chavs get to play but the people who work get absolutly no chance to try it out
 
Ahh yes went into the deathadder control panel and assigned the buttons to z and x :)

Awesome sauce hopefully I will die less now XD

Not all servers have changed password but the ones that havnt are usually full :)
