Much better performance.

I dropped it from 4x to 2x, 16x af, running on ultra, motion blur on, ambient occlusion off, got a decent gain in fps, 1920x1200.

Also, thinks that are annoying me so far:

1) Browser based server browser = Fail. Slow to load and also doesn't load all the servers in one go. BFBC2 server browser in game did.

2) BFBC2 had the same weapons for both teams so it was equal (you could match them with the same gun). BF3 has horrible Russian weapons. Every time I came face to face against an American enemy, I lose even if I start firing first.

Works far better than BC2. Also far easier to get in game with friends.

This is the proper Battlefield series. I take it you never played BF2?

I'm sorry but Rush is not fun, in bfbc I would defend the mode to the last but in bf3 its just not fun, I will need to play conquest before giving any final opinion on BF3 but as of right now its not looking good

Yes, played BF2 a fair bit, but this feels like the weapons are biased. Don't know why but it feels like the American weapons are better than the Russians.

I'm not very happy with the browser based server finding, I find it incredibly slow and irritating as I'm always looking for pings of the servers which take ages to return via this UI. On top of that there is no quick way to refresh the results from what I've seen which means I find myself hitting F5. This is pretty much a killer for me.

Anyone who designs a game where you have to LEAVE the game engine to switch servers is retarded. I like to hop around, this just makes is tedious.

Not at my pc though as far as I remember select the mouse button, 4 or 5, you want to change, advanced options then just press the key you want it to use, z or f and apply.
