So apparently there is a bigger map than Caspian, what map could that be? I find conquest more enjoyable than Rush, if you have a good team it could be hours of endless fun.

so overall im happy i brough bf3.

Just hoping they pre-load the final game.

That EOD bot video looks crazy - is it really that tough to kill? Several of them were firing at it on full auto and it just went about it's business lol

I'll be the first to admit I suck at FPS's on the PC!

My PC Rig is:
MB: Asus P8P67 Pro Intel P67 B3 Revision (SandyBridge)
GFX: Geforce Gigabyte GTX 560Ti 1024 GDDR5
Intel Core i5-2500k 3.30 GHz (SandyBridge)
Corsair XMS3 8GB DDR3 PC3-12800C9 1600MHz Dual Channel
2 x 1TB Samsung 32MB F3 RAID 0
Windows 7 64Bit

Nothing is overclocked, infact I had to underclock the GPU as it was crashing with the settings Gigabyte set it as. It was a pre-overclocked one from them but apparently according to Google, the settings they used were unstable. So I underclocked it from 900Mhz to 875Mhz.

Temps wise on both maps my CPU doesnt go above 65C and the GPU is around 50C to 70C depending on the area and map

Aye, it didnt feel like it was chugging at all.
Infact, I was pleasantly surprised at how well it run. It feels very optimized and ready for PC users.

Even with Fraps on it stayed mainly at 50fps and only dropped to 30fps when something massive happened on screen.

If this is an older build, I can only think that the main retail one will be even better.

Anybody else find the helos on Caspian Border fairly redundant?

If you're not being hounded by a jet, you're being shot by any number of tanks, and every engineer can fire guided missiles at you.

X. But you have to unlock it first.

Which is another thing, if you're late ranking up the jets/helos, other players will have far better unlocks and be easily able to dominate you.

Well the guided missiles are unlocks, so not everyone has them, and if they do, surely that means they can't hit armour?

Missiles and flares are both unlockables, you probably don't have them yet?
