Anyone else notcied name tags seem to be gone now? been in about 4 different servers in ther last hour, no tags anywhere. :confused:

No, you have to look at the people before the name tag shows.

Got a strange problem. I've been playing the beta since Friday night and it's damn good. Just got my housemate to install last night but he can't play. Gets an error (a generic error has occurred) every time he clicks to find a game or it gets stuck on matchmaking for ages. The only way he could play last night was by letting me join a game and then following me in, he can't join by being in a party either.
He has tried it tonight and it's exactly the same, any ideas?

Yes, ive been literally swinging on another guys nuts and no name tag shows. Ive also noticed that the q button to request ammo or spot lately seems to rarely work in some servers.

Not sure if it's the netcode but it's getting really annoying getting shot through 2 foot of rock/wall after you prone or strafe to avoid fire

had a bit of a blast just now. It doesnt even come close to BC2 for gameplay or graphics, very disappointed

Feels like a step back to CSS rather than a step forward. Hope release feels and looks better.

Also, D4FC_R4M was in the server, that's lander from here right? Wasnt he kicked out of a clan for being dodgy?

I don't think two people from the same IP can play at the same time or something.

Yes, this is a big reason why the COD franchise is still as big as it is.

I bought MW2 even tho it sucked balls, becuase I loved COD4 and thought thats what I was getting.

It feels completely like several beta tests I've done before. Tabula Rasa and APB for two examples. They were a mess. The feedback was, basically they listened to nothing at all from the forums(but thats not what forums are for).

Its clearly a beta I dont know how anyone can get confused with this. People may see it differently, and the developers may be stupid for doing it this way but thats the way they've done it.

Worse graphics then BC2? come on, really you cant say that. What settings are you playing on? BC2 is nothing special graphics wise, look at the water on Valp compared to the pond on Metro its drastically different.

There are no bans on this yet, you cant be banned so anyone that was kicked out of a clan or a huge hacker will be on anyway until they release it properly and PB starts.

Your one of those people that parrot this kind of nonsense. Betas last months, they do not just last for 1 week and then release happens. That is what we call marketing, and it clearly fools a lot of people. Giving the illusion that all those problems will be fixed within weeks then once people buy the game they're like ' derp why is this bug still here ? '.

It's so bizarre how only a few years ago this would have been considered a demo. Even when BF2 was releasing they gave away keys to a DEMO before release not some form of beta.

He's a ******* cyborg. Admitedly we were spawn raping the attckers first section, though everyone was and still doubled everyones score.
It is quite sickening how good he is.
I think it was some slandering and ego troubles why he left, as far as I can remember.
