Female body builders, just why?

lol @ list

so protein is a drug now?
also what is in these pills? (you have already covered creatine, insulin and steroids) where can i get these "magic" pills and what do they do?

also only diabetics, etc should ever inject insulin, the bodybuilders who do are a minority and as far as i am aware, it is not needed and probably does more harm than good.

Didnt you know? Multi is now a steroid

Please stop spreading **** about a subject you know nothing about.

It's easier to get cut without steroids. As you don't need to worry about any PCT cycles or worry about all the water retained from (for example) oxymetholone use draining out.

So much stupidity going around here it's almost cute.

If you're willing to suffer some sides on XXXX, it'll burn the fat up in weeks. You'll be lean to levels you'll NEVER attain naturally. NEVER, read, NEVER.

Now, saying that, you need to have a good response to roids. You can inject a gram of XXXXXX a week, a gram of XXXXXX and pop XXXXX like tic tacs but if you don't respond to it well, you'll only be fighting the sides without the benefits :).

T. Magic in bottle. :)

edit, PCT? You do realise that 80% of all users NEVER come off. PCT to them is lowering the dosage. :)

There's more than 5m people in Scotland but not by all that much, best guess would probably be in the region of 5.25m. Illegals may not fill out a census but you'd have to believe there were significant numbers to affect the overall population to any noticeable degree. So you're essentially saying that you don't like the official figures and will substitute in your own just because...

However even if we allow that you're right and there are what 6m (?) in Scotland (that's approximately .75m people there illegally or to put it another way that's about the same again as the population of Edinburgh including the Extra Urban Zone) then for your guess about cannabis smoking to be right that would mean that 5/6 of the population had tried it. That's not counting the fact that a population will inevitably have a proportion of children under the age of say 10, most of those who you'd not expect to have tried cannabis.

it was an exaggeration and a joke, just to show how ridiculous the claim was, that was made earlier.

i also know a lot of illegals, that's how i know there are a lot more than what is thought to be. people come on a holiday visa or student visa and never leave and work illegally. some people actually come through illegal means by ship or whatever.

i would say 6 million is easily the population of scotland.

i would also say probably 1 in 6 minimum has tried it. whereas for steroids (the BB kind), 1 in 5,000 has tried it.

Actually mate, it's getting very common now for even gym rats playing around with dangerous things such as insulin or DNP. Insulin is a kidney pulverizer and in my opinion should be stayed away from. A lot of my pals use Insulin to great effect but I personally won't touch it. Normal AAS do the job just as well.

do steroids not do the same job but a lot better and safer?

therefore if you were going to do it, do it properly so to speak.

I've edited your post, not because I disagree with it, but because it goes into too much detail, which I'm not comfortable having on the forums.

personality is essential imo, but let's be honest here, how many fatties do you look at on a daily basis and think wow she is hot?

the ideal body for most people will be someone who is slim (not anorexic) and has a higher muscle mass than the "average joe/jane".

the thing which makes women's bums look good is the "glutes" which are muscle. breasts are mainly fat, but some chest exercises will help build up muscle underneath the fat to make them bigger and more sculpted, rather than saggy.

How many hotties do you look at and think "wow!" then change your mind as soon as they open their mouth?:p I know what you are getting at though, however using the extreme example isn't really fair. Most women aren't fatties and the personality is what turned them from(perhaps) average to OMGWTF I want you now... :D

What you describe IMO is not the person you posted. A trim man with a bit more muscle than average can, in general, be achieved without bodybuilding specifically but exercising well (ie little time spent with freeweights) and eating well. For "most" people the bodybuilder is way over the top.

Guys, I'm not talking about your average bodybuilder. I mostly meant at the very top of the game. You WILL lose strength by doing cardio all the time to build endurance. The people at the top simply can't afford that and thus don't do cardio.

Rugby players can be huge, but they're nothing compared to a bodybuilder at his prime. When doing cardio your body burns energy in three stages. Proteins is the last, and that is where the headaches begin for the top bodybuilders that most of them simply can't afford.

So what I really mean is, you can't be a top athelete and a top bodybuilder at the same time. The 'middle' is still highly impressive, however.

Ok that makes more sense and I agree with that. :)

Well informed post on steroid use.

You're right - but please can we not discuss the actual uses and intricacies of steroid use - I don't want people getting ideas or being suggested via OcUK. :)

Thanks.

That goes to everyone else. I don't mind discussing the politics behind steroids and so on, but I do not want to go into specifics, and how to use them and what to use etc...

Most women find professional bodybuilders grotesque. You get to a point where you go from being aesthetically pleasing to being a freak of nature.

Yea mate you're right. My apologies. It's just a very passionate subject for me and something I study in depth on a daily basis. I'll leave everyone to it then :p

Edit. My other post edited removing all names of steroids and usage.

No no I totally get what you're saying, and it's clear you're well informed - but I'd rather let people go to specialist forums and not use OcUK as a stepping stone for that sort of information. :)

And I fully agree. I'll feel terrible if someone goes and do something of the back of my suggestions and get it totally wrong.

I said it before, the best and safest way to go is still natural. You can't get it wrong there.

Regulus knows what he's talking about. This is my point if you want to be a bodybuilder, skip the fantastical supplements and latest training fads and all that crap that these internet wannabes spend so much time obsessing over. Anyone who is serious about the sport would simply start on a safe and educated course of anabolic steroids.

Bodybuilders who use steroids are not cheating, the people who don't use them are putting themselves at a handicap. They are either scared, uneducated or hold some negative stereotypes from media exposure. Without them you are just weight training (and sending most of your time and effort to /dev/null).

Legal disclaimer: don't take steroids

I don't care what anyone says, Phil Heath's arms are ****ing amazing.

i bet if you and your friends saw him in real life you would think differently. all your female friends would be all over him.

you may not think this is true, but on the bodybuilding.com forums their is a bodybuilder who regularly makes women cheat on their husbands, fiancees and boyfriends and records them and uploads for all and sends to their partners and uploads all the evidence of it all. he even made one woman have a three way, she wanted him so badly.

women want a guy who looks like that and men want to look like that, its been drummed into you through media, films, magazines, adverts, etc.

the same way every woman wants to look like nicole scherzinger.

put it this way, why do they use fitness models in adverts? why use a guy with a 6 pack and a lean muscular body to sell CK boxers? why not use kwerk instead?

OMG!

you have some weird ideas, like every woman wants to look like nicole scherzinger.

I don't think most women are that shallow (omg that guy is ripped i have to go **** his brains out), how can he make them, they had no morals in the first place to cheat, or their relationship had already dissolved, maybe they just had bad taste i think ;)

what a stud, not.

To be honest with you i'll take the guy with a personality over muscled body guy every time.

This guy Karl is one of my ideals

I'd use kwerk he is cute in a forum sort of way *moobies* :p
