Anyway, yeah, 'tis good, but I don't think it was as awesome as the original. I really hated the fact that you didn't have a *real* rifle, something I loved in the original (I don't count the combine one, it's "special"). Some of the achievements are truly rage-inducing (Never did get that gnome into space...).

HL2 is as epic as when it came out first. Still a very good game and still very nice looking as well.

Half life 2 is amazing, still quite good gfx today. But I love the setting and the atmosphere it creates, love the depression walking through the streets and the hope in the rebel bases. Amazing

Get on with it now! It took me 4 years to sit through hl2 (and 1 on my own completely) and it was so worth it, get episode 1 and 2!

Never completed the 1st one got to the part where your bouncing around on platforms (looks like your in space if i remember correctly) got lost and gave up HL2 is great still need to complete it thow...
