Quoted from someone else, for another game but works here.

They don't seem to like working together. Like they don't see their fellow player as another human, or just don't understand the concept of teamwork.
They know what ammo/med packs are, but they only come out when they need ammo/healing.

Also, in 37 hours of play, complere truth here.. not a single support has given ammo when I've asked for it, via pressing Q, asking in chat, doing a dance infront of them, shooting the ground with my pistol..whatever it takes.
Always have to run around looking for it, picking up another kit to find a support..dying. :(

Nearly 12 hours for me and exactly the same experience. You're ok if they've chucked ammo out for themselves but actually asking for it gets you nothing.

I die and there are like 13 medics around, do they revive? do they ****, it's all the COD noobs trying to figure out how send in the attack dogs.

I just unlocked the defibs today, and what I've noticed is that there's actually a fairly short window in which you can revive someone. If someone doesn't go down quite nearby, and if you don't immediately drop everything and sprint for them, it's normally too late by the time you get there. Although, to be honest, the majority of it when you're on the receiving end probably is just people ignoring you.

Don't know if anyone else spotted it, but in the defib description it says a trained soldier can use them to revive a "recently downed opponent". Maybe that's why your team mates never use them on you! :p

I hate killcam !!

I think it was gerard who posted that comic of killcam with enemy trollface. It perfectly sums up my feeling on it.

When I see enemy moving about after killing mine, it fills me with RAGE!!:p

I spend most of my time reviving/healing tbh. I get very annoyed when no one will give me ammo as well.

For a laugh i like to throw some ammo just in front of a sniper so that he has to leave cover:p

Indeed, i have found this.

Ill always dish out health packs and try to revive where possible, but trying to get ammo is like trying to get water out of a stone.

So what derogatory label would you like me to use to describe players who play online games as if the are new to it?

The term raped is shortened from baserape, a term used to describe killing players in an area where their base of operations is.

What would you like me to say?

Seasoned players, with a good knowledge of the game, map and objective who behave in a way similar to brand new players derserve to be killed in their base of operations, because they contribute nothing to their teams objective.

I'm 42, thanks for asking, I'm all grown up enough to talk slang, swear, pick my nose, scratch my arse and not wash my hand after taking a **** if I so choose to.

Last time I checked it was still a free country (just) and that gives me the right to say what I like to whomever I like.

I'll stick with noobs deserved to be raped thanks.

^^ all above is spot on, play with any decent competitive clan and you will see that base rape is common place especially in the leagues like esl, edom and clanbase. As said above any player sitting in their own base deserves to be knifed / shot as they are adding zip/zero to their team (And are usually sniper nubs with flashlights in BF3)

Not to mention that you can defib people numerous times only for it to "miss" every single time. You literally have to be clipping inside the player model sometimes for it to work.

setter that was some nice game session. Somehow my name was always more or less next to your name on the scoreboard lol.

Imo destroying/defending mcoms in the 3rd area is the hardest!!

I think we lost one game just for one mcom in the third area :(

lol getting ammo is basic impossible off your own team :p

i just hope i get a knife kill and steal there gun its less hassle

To be fair the mini map is useless, any medic or support will have a hard time telling when someones calling for it, and the auto voice over comes in once in a blue moon when you request stuff. Should be better when we can request stuff properly with the commo-rose and we need a bigger and better mini map.

Had a great baserape session tonight with 3 other members of my clan. 1x support + 1 x recon + 2 x recon equals constant base rape haha. Got to love those tactical spawn points with unlimited ammo.

I wanted to get some ammo aswell but didn't know how to draw their attention to this matter lol other than to type it in. That way the guy with ammo pack would have hard time knowing where I was :p

Was good fun, we were pretty close on that round, i managed to take out 3 or 4 mcoms in those rounds, led on one round for the most of it even, (rare for me lol). Really loving the sound in this even more so now, picked up some fresh batteries for my headphones, (goldring ns1000's). Cranked up the volume and turned on active noise reduction, sounded amazing.

the headphones are awesome for this game (make sure to look after your ears :p).

I think the caspian border will enhance the sound experience even higher with vehicles, as I know you said you didn't manage to play CB.

pretty funny slambo69 :)

The number of game i've been in with hackers is alarming, 4 servers tonight with people shooting through the map. One time I was killed by this guy who was at the start of the tunnel, and was somehow under the map, picking people off, they were on the last objective at that point

Other than the pretty obvious ammo or medical cross sign above people's head? No, they're just not paying attention.
Fact is even if you had a commo rose people aren't going to pay attention because they are fixated on one thing and spatially aware as a chocolate bar.
