What ****es me off is the fact in BF2 flying with a mouse and keyboard was like second nature, in BF3 it's horrendous, why would that be......?

Too much dicking around with controls trying to make it easier for anyone to get in and fly. Bf2 had a really good learning curve for heli's, in this its just BLEH.

It HAS gone gold
I never realized! I'm not surprised at all about the leak now.

Lol it's not as if Dice will be burning the retail game on the discs just before the release day or on the release day.

I think the remaining few days will be spent distributing the retail cds around the world

Noob. Everybody knows you need a joystick on BF2 to be half decent.

For a start flying a chopper in BF2 is best with a mouse, secondly I can own just as easily with a mouse and keyboard or a joystick in jets, believe me you have no clue who you're talking down to.

Yeah. Do you not know that Raven has a 3.x KDR?!

I remember seeing an old clan member at an iseries he was flying like a pro with M+K. That was chopper and jets.

Disagree with that, you needed a joystick for flying in BF2. In BF3 you certainly don't.

lol for choppers m@k is the way to go, all the cal player use it, I use it, it's more precise than a joystick. For jets a joystick is always preferred to k@m that's not to say you can't compete with a m@k in a jet. Try flying in BF3 with a m@k and you will die a quick death, this is not so in BF2.
