Gears of War 3 Dated (Official blah blah)

Nothing wrong with silverback whoring, just means it takes me longer to upgrade. Any tips on upgrading the turrets as its taking ages

I think its the same with everything, just have to be in a game where your the sole upgrader of the Turret, but all the bases and run around buying/repairing each turret after every round. Cant think of any other quicker ways!

But then it takes an estimated 400k instead of 200k. I read it's 60% of your spend on casual gets credited. It's much easier to play on normal, save for 7 waves buy the SB and the 12500 gets credited for the spend.

Doing it on casual alone you do not get the inital 12k :)

Anyway SB fully upgraded.

Just got turrets to finish off and then a fair bit of work on decoys and sentries :) Then I'm all set for the DLC :D
 
They really need to make an online stats page like the epic one Bungie have for HALO Reach.

I'd love to be able to compare my stats with others. :(

**** off mate! :p depressing those of us sat at work unable to play with soooo much to upgrade! I have lvl 7 barrier and thats it! FS!

Playing by myself in casual, it took me 2 games of 30 odd waves to upgrade it completely from level 1 to 2. About an evening's worth. :)

Anyone here done the Act 5, chapter 6 on insane?
I've joined two games last night and in the end the host just quit as every one was dieing at the end because it's so hard. Any tips for it?
 
Yeah but we got lucky tbh, we played it with 4 players and the therons only spawned one round. After that it was easy.

Easy method is to play with a friend with you on insane and everyone else on casual.

Solo is easier than co-op.
 
Just Act V Ch 1 & 6 to go for Insane + 4 player co-op.

Almost did Ch 6 yesterday, we were down to the last HoD hit to kill the boss and we got wiped, gutted!
 
Still after my 4 player coop achievement only got 3 chapters to do.

Anyone give me a hand on casual ??
