You can't change the number of laps?! :mad:

I don't have F4 yet but this was one thing I could just not understand from F3, 2 or 3 laps isn't enough to get into a race, why on earth can't you customise it more?
 
Looking forward to doing some more racing with everybody, although I hope it's more racing and less virus :D

Not that it wasn't amusing, but I think it would be more amusing in slower cars, same as the football was.
 
To those asking about season length. I'm level 35 and I've mainly leveled up using career mode, at the moment I'm at the 3rd from top league, there's 17 races per season and they're 3 laps each, about 10 minutes ish per race .. so about the same as forza 3.

also raced an enzo in my Mr2 around the nurburg, and won :)
 
Was that ai or against me? Can't remember who I was racing when I lost.

Have to say really enjoying this and the online with 8 - 12 players is a laugh. Especially as limiting the class has led to straight line speed no cornering vz the cornering but no straight line speed races.
 
First disc is the game. The second is 100 or so extra cars as it won't all fit on 1 disc. Then portions of the second disc have to be installed to hard disk for all cars to be available.
 
Oh if any X360 game deserves getting the system for this would be a good candidate.

I just bought a Kinect at a trade in store, swapping over some old movies. They give a years GNT as well.

I hope Kinect/Forza is better at recognising a "Northern Ireland" accent than siri/iphone 4S is.
How you guys finding Kinect for the AutoVista and "Voice Command Menus"

I bought my 360 for Forza 4 as well. Was going to buy one for Forza 3 last year but was unable to.

I also bought my PS3 for GT5, my PS2 for GT3 and my PSX for the original GT.

Some might say these games sell consoles.
 
I was thinking of also investing into kinect purely for the "trackir" likeness in Forza 4, however since i'll be playing my xbox through a capture card onto my pc. I'll be sitting 2-3ft away from my monitor. I heard kinect needs a stupidly long range to use it? Or is that not the case for head tracking in Forza 4?

You can sit pretty close for the head tracking and virtual steering if you want to try that, 6-8ft is just for full body stuff.

Not sure if Autovista would work at that distance with Kinect though, probably easier just to use the pad.
