SP in bc2 is atrocious though, I couldn't make myself play much of it because it was so poor

so true great graphics but just a borefest . started it over and over and cant get past first few levels

Wow....i really enjoyed BC2 SP personally. Although at the 2nd time of playing i cba to drive around the desert looking for [whatever i'm supposed to be looking for].

they are all at it tbh. but saying that they did give black ops a bad rating, 60 odd i think.

It's like all those ad's for BF3 claiming best game of 2011, game of the year ect ect when the damn thing aint even out yet. talk about premature

not sayin it wont be, but they could hold off on the awards till then at least.

They were given those awards, they're not the ones being premature.
Besides, none of them will have been specificly for being the best game of 2011, most likely most anticipated, best of show, or similarly.
Theres also plenty of nominations, but they did walk away from E3 with a ton of 'awards' from various press groups. Why would they do that? cos oddly enough these developers tell everyone what awards they've got to sell it to customers, and tell you exactly who the award was from. Cant think why
Cant blame EA/Dice for wanting to tell everyone the media love it and its the bestest bestest game ever, and cant blame the press groups for creating these fictional awards to get some attention themselves when the developers use this award.

Its just the media world, corrupt as ever, if its in their interest to do something then most of the time they'll do whats best for them. Even bad news like EA.no quizzing journos gives site traffic, the follow-up of EAs response... they're all in each others pockets, while still doing what suits them best.

well, half life 2 if that counts from half life 2 death match? haha.

apart from that never played any of the single players.


Edit: i tell a lie, crysis cause the multiplayer sucked, thats it.

So, never ever ever, apart from......HL2 and Crysis. Anything else? Not Doom? Not CoD?

Because they couldn't take the early payment I expect, hence having to re-order.
