Battlefield 3 thread - Server details in opening post -

I don't care about PL as long as it happens sometime this weekend. I can't see why people are getting so worked up. Unless a crack comes out, you'll not see the "Ready to Play" button until late next week lols

its a bit dumbasss actually..you can load it but you cant play. They should at least activate the single player part and hold off MP!

Why is it dumb?

They are allowing everybody to pre-load the game before release date, so when it is released we can all play it immediately. Some of us are going to be downloading this for 12 hours. This is a great idea.

Guys,
do you think that when my pre-ordered copy arrives, i can install it on my pc AND my sons (to test). If his plays the game well, could i effectively buy another copy or somehow buy a new activation code to avoid reinstalling it?

For the record this IS NOT an attempt to circumvent paying for the game etc.
I just want my lad to test it on his pc (i7-930, 6gb ram, HD5850) gaming at 1920x1080. If it lags to hell we won't buy a 2nd version. If it plays fine, then i'll buy it again, but would be easier if i didn't have to uninstall, then re-install again.
In some games it detects that the serial key is in use and asks for another to be inputted. If i can buy one online i could (theoretically) just key that one in and bingo....game on!?

Any advice on this?
