Battlelog is actually godly by the way, you can browse the web while the map is loading

My 5970 is struggling with this game running at 2560 x 1440, I think it's time to upgrade :'(

I'm having trouble with Battlelog, quick match does nothing - it just sits on Matchmaking...

If I join a server manually I just get this error:

Sorry, Something technical went wrong
We're going to sort it out and have things back to normal really soon.

Lol has anyone got this 3rd person bug...running around, suddenly goes 3rd person view on say the enemy or a friendly tank...

You seem to have three screens? Are you playing BF3 in surround?

Anyone else get abit of stuttering on MP? Game runs smooth and fine just everynow and then theres an odd half a second stutter, kind of annoying

WTH....I just repaired the game in origin now it says 'ready to install' I clicked that, said it was installing again and goes back to 'ready to install' ?!

I expect ill pick it up when it drops a bit in price like i said. My interent is too slow to download a game anyway, and if the SP is short [which im guessing it will be] initial sale price just isnt worth it.

Never tried a BF game before, always seemed multiplayer orientated.

ive also seen xfire issues mentioned

Nope, I haven't even tried, I think 2 or 3GB VRAM will be needed.

5970 playing quite well on Auto at 1920 x 1080 averaging 80ish FPS. Bit concerned about the stuttering that seems to come and go, not sure if it turns up over time, is apparent on some maps more than others, server based or just running out of VRAM.

Not going to invest in something like a 580gtx for a single game at this point though, way to close to next gen cards to do that now.
