Ok further issues now, I right clicked on the battlefield tile in origin and clicked repair, it downloaded an update but now it is saying it is uninstalled and it wont install it.

The folder is on my pc and is the same size as before 11.4gb but origin wont re install it?

Have you tried disabling UPnP in your router settings?

I had constant DC's in Bad Company 2 with it on, i thought BF3 might have been different so turned it back on only to find out that with it off i never get DC'd unless the server goes down.

Anyone know what wrong with this **** called origin ripoff. I get the game, install into my account, update my drivers and then restart the computer. I then try and start the game but I cant login even though I am putting in the correct password (getting incorrect details error). I then click on forget password and it says it will send the validation key but I am not getting anything on my email.

So I bough this game yet I cant seem to login and its not sending me any validation key to my email to reset my password. WTF is going on?

The big change on this one besides some crash fixes and the player slot issues is the PB update that the server will have and one of the reasons why this is a mandatory patch that must be applied to all servers. For the current version, PB versions between players and the servers have been almost a guessing game. So, for this patch and hopefully going forward, the latest PB is on the server. What this also means is that players will need to make sure that they have the latest version of PB installed for their game client install.

Daniel Mastros wrote up instructions on how to make sure you are on the latest version of PB.

My copy has just arrived from GAME \o/ Did ATi release any new drivers? I can't see any on their site.

Ok i turned of Upnp, i think thats fixed the dc'ed but the game still doesnt feel smooth, It keeps gittering

I change my clock speed and did all those settings, still the same.

Are GMG still having problems with sending keys out?, have convinced a friend to order but he wants his key within a few mins of clicking the purchase button.
