Server up and running, need some more folks to pack it out. No minimum number of players so you can practice jets/choppers if no-one is on!

I got some major problems...

i cant spot... about 1 in 20 attempts actually works.... very odd

Now i have the GFX on Ultra/VERY high its so hard to snipe i can barely see anyone through all the lights smoke particles, crud on my scope HDR bloom nonsense lol

Download Origin -> log in -> go to redeem code but I don't have a code to enter?

No emails in my inbox apart from the Paypal confirmation that funds have been sent (and that the transaction is completed)...

Any thoughts guys?

I'd like to know this too. For now i've just left Dolby Headphone off, but kept 8 Channel and then just used BF3's headphone setting.

Has actually been giving quite nice positional audio so i haven't even tried enabling Dolby Headphone and changing the settings yet. If anyone has any input on this for a better setup i'd be interested.

There was talk of getting optimised drivers out in time for the release of the game, NVIDIA managed to get theirs out.

It's been purchased through Origin, so you won't need to redeem a code.

You should see it in your games library and be able to download straight away.

Your sure it's 11.11?

I am using these which still work from the BF3 alpha and for Rage.

Gigabyte cards are a little messed up currently, some people have installed the latest Bios to find all stuttering gone and some have switched drivers and it has gone.

Well I just got my disc version, installing now. It was weird how it done it. First I had to install Origin (from the disc), then it had to update (download from the internet). Then I had to enter CD-key (in origin) and agree to various terms and conditions, then it said 'click next to download your game' -- I thought WTF? Clicked next anyway and it's reading it from the disc so don't know what's going on there, in terms of why it said it will download :rolleyes:

Also it appears I have got Battlefield Bad Company 2: Digital Deluxe Edition in my Origin account, not sure what's that's doing there since I did not enter any key or anything like that in there for the game to show (had it on disc, so they must have added it automatically?).

getting tons of Admin kicks...going from server to serevr....kicked. Im assuming this is still PB issue...i updated my PB earlier. Doing my head in now...

Top server, just need to take Metro Conquest off the map cycle.

It's a good rush map, but the Conquest version is just a noobtube and grenade spam pile of crap.

Try playing BF3 + browser + origin and you'll see it doesn't hit 4GB at all. I think it's more like 2.2GB. 4GB is still enough today.

Steam is just open as I have a lot of people on there I chat to that don't play BF3. Background stuff is basically my AV, MSE. Sometimes Fraps.

I am only going on my resource monitor showed last night. Loads of people have stated the game runs better with 8GB and whilst RAM is cheap, it is a simple and cheap upgrade to make.
