Agree with the both of you, I just seem to get shot a lot more often and have mo clue where it comes from half the time. Must get the new PW for mumble and get it going again.

Found the only way around it is to go prone like everyone else and wait for peeps to past you.

Just booted up origin and 'tried' to activate BF3 and lo and behold it worked, they must have done it a day early

I feel for you man. Before the system im using now I had nothing but problems with nearly every game. Everyone else seemed to be running them fine while I had ctd's, BSOD's and just about everything else that could go wrong.

I hope you get it sorted m8. Did you update punkbuster? Not sure if that would even cause your problem but worth a shot.

My copy came this morning in the post just before i left for work. Although I agreed with the GF to go out tonight (purely on the fact that i thought BF2 would arrive tomorrow). BAH!

Would be even more intrigued to know if anyone has tried with the 11.10 preview 3 and these CAPs!

I'm using 11.10 Preview 3 with the Cap 4's. Running smooth.

11.10 & Cap 3 had massive stuttering, so I uninstalled the CAP & the game ran sweet, same with CAP 4.

It's 11.10 Preview 3 which is the latest. Last thing I read from Catalyst Creator on Twitter was the Finals would be released on Monday 31st.

Yes it's a PB issue. If the server hasn't updated or the client then you get the kicks. If both are on the same version, then you're fine.

Updating punkbuster was one of the first things I did yesterday as I was getting kicked from the games then I had a whole day playing fine.

so infuriating it is just masses of time wasted which I don't really have. Especially when it was running fine before I went to bed. I get up and boom no longer works.

Just finished the single player.

It's alright. Just wish the last section of the story was the same style throughout. It got a bit tedious in parts.

Also it seems the story isn't complete. There's still a lot of unanswered questions.

Not liking the handling on the helicopters. Nowhere near as mobile as they were on Battlefield 2, albeit better than they were on Bad Company 2 (which was dreadful). Still feels like theres some kinda stabilisation or something. You don't feel entirely in control

I don't see 64 player as that, run around as i would on a 32 player server, just have to pay more attention to your surroundings due to playing against another 16 players.

I think so yeah.

I completed it on easy as I was only interested in the story. Not sure if I can go back and do the missions on medium or hard. I assume you can.

copy paste your steam code into origin and it will register in there too
