Have mine pre loaded on origin and tried the vpn trick and the proxy trick to activate. They didn't work and when I try again now it says I need the CD key ....

Sure hope EA doesn't hang about with sending the keys out.

I've put my pre-order in with Origin, and when I right click the game the options menu has 'download' greyed out.

Preload has been available since the 21st and people have been playing it for days now!! The last 20 pages are full of people discussing the game as they are playing it!

I've played a bit this afternoon after getting my copy this morning.

It did some release date check. Does that mean the unlocks I've gained will be reset tonight, or is there nothing to worry about?

Out of the blue today my mouse is freaking out in BF. It felt like lag, and my mouse is working perfectly on the desktop and even in the BF3 pause, but it is jittery as hell in game. It's even the same in Single Player. Anyone have any ideas how this could be?

Not sure if my copy from Game has arrived yet. I got an email yesterday, but my post goes to collection office and is held as they kept stealing it instead of delivering it, so I collect now, but no time to go today

If you're getting the time out message, it's UPnP.
If you're getting the disconnect message, it's most likely Punkbuster.

same, Every server within 5 mins i get kicked by the admin, Getting annoying now, cba anymore.

My game passed the release date check this morning, but failed to loging to Battlelog.

I tried the proxy thing, that didn't work.

I tried a different web browser, that didn't work.

I tried changing my password, that didn't work.

I got in the queue for EA Live chat, the guy I spoke to said the game had unlocked globally this morning. So I explained my problem logging in to Battlelog. To cut a long story short I have reinstalled Origin and BF3. The release date passed the check, but still can't sign into Battlelog.

After a clean install of Windows, all the very latest drivers, a clean and upto date install of Origin and a ball ache installation of BF3. That one minute was installing off the disk and the next doanloading at 3kb/sec and gave me an estimated completion time of 1400 hours, but eventually finshed taking 3 times longer than an installation of Windows, the game now won't pass release date check.
