Looks like Origin`s activation still down just got home trying to install just sits on activating havent even put in my key yet!

This is only time i hate these style of installs and services far too fussy for bloody sake of it!
 
don't worry about pre-orders, I got mine this morning, rushed home and now Origin doesn't work nor can I actually install the ******* thing....worst launch ever? nah, sure I will get flammed with those saying "with such a big launch you have to accept some troubles" yeah like it not working properly or installing or even getting it when you paid for a pre-order...lol:rolleyes:

Yep your right, VRAM isn't doubled in cfire/sli, it just gets cloned onto both cards. Do you think BF3 is being clever in that it will use up all available VRAM with stuff the Frostbite2 engine might need as your playing hence VRAM always looks maxed out. This is something I've read on other forums and I think it might be right.

I think somebody on this forum mentioned that there is difference between how much textures etc are being used/rendered and how much are being stored.

I am not very familiar with gpu memory but it may be the case that what is being rendered actually require less memory than what is being shown via fraps etc.

Same, although I went for super saver. I guess mine won't get delivered till next week.
 
Not sure how but I was playing this for a few hours before work this afternoon (mp of course) with no issues. I thought it wasn't playable online until tomorrow.

It runs surprisingly well on my system and looks nice too.
 
Ati drivers 11.10 prev 3 definitely helps my perfomance, running perfectly smooth on ultra except shadows at high. Spec in sig.

Now, to fix this kicked by admin constantly..
 
We cant activate cause we get this message

"Game activation appears to be unavailable at the moment. Please try again later. If the issue persists, please contact Origin Help."

sort it out cant install without putting the code in first even with discs
 
I have received my cancelled order from GAME today! Is there going to much any interest on the MM do you think? Otherwise I'll get it RMA'd.
