Yet steam, established for years with FAR more users, had similar problems on a recent launch, so what's steams excuse? Origin is new, infact, still in beta, Steam/valve are just incompetent then?

The reality is, big game launches almost never go smoothly for one reason or another.
 
Trying to tell this guy on EA chat that they never took the money from my card and he doesn't have a clue what i'm on about, currently "trying to find a supervisor".

Money was held for payment until yesterday, now though it's back in my account but the game is still on Origin and playable.
 
Getting way to many disconnects at the moment - but otherwise good fun, not tried all the maps yet but enjoying it!

Gord's a lucky git - got round a corner ahead of me so many times only for someone to take me out from behind moments before I made it round same corner!

You lot should have activated your copies this morning ... no problems playing all day :)

I think its the same message they used for BF2 launch, BF 2142 launch nd BFBC2 launch :)

Don't know about being patient but its trying my patience :(

Rofl some right angry kids on here!

I'm loving my new rig and my flawless smooth gameplay with my free copy of bf3 that EA gave me for
screwing up my preorder.... now I have 10 days off work! Blissssssss!
